Prior to Raiven, Sophie held senior leadership roles across Fortune Global 500, large companies, private equity-backed, and startup organizations. Sophie is known for building high-performing teams, crafting integrated go-to-market strategies, and executing scalable plans that accelerate revenue and brand impact. Her previous roles include leadership positions at SAP, Sage, Symphony Talent and Caret.
She earned her Executive MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a business degree from SKEMA Business School in Lille, France. Sophie lives in Southern California with her family and enjoys skiing, the outdoors, international travel, and good food and wine.
