Natasha currently leads Raiven’s product strategy and roadmap, bringing over 20 years of experience in developing scalable, user-centric solutions. She has successfully launched and scaled products across B2B, B2C, and B2B2C models in fintech, e-mobility, e-commerce, and enterprise software. Throughout her career, she has guided both startups and enterprises toward becoming product-led organizations, transforming complex business challenges into compelling, scalable solutions.
Prior to this, she held leadership roles at global organizations such as Visa, ADP, and IBM, working across India, London, and Finland before moving to the United States. At Visa, Natasha launched a self-service dispute recovery platform tailored to underserved small and medium-sized businesses.; at ADP, she led a $107 million digital transformation, and across roles, she has unified complex systems to improve client experience and operational efficiency. Her work has benefited major clients such as American Express, Citigroup, Home Depot, and National Grid.
Based in Los Angeles, CA, Natasha enjoys reading thought-provoking books. Her love for movies sharpens her storytelling abilities, while her interest in psychology enriches her understanding of user behavior.
