Manoj Puthenveetil serves as Chief Executive Officer at Raiven, where he leads the company’s strategic direction, operations, and technology vision. With more than 20 years of experience in software development and product management, he has held leadership roles at ABM, IBM, and FileNet. Prior to founding Raiven, he was Vice President of Engineering at ABM, where he led the development of the platform that became Raiven. 

His earlier career spans engineering and enterprise software consulting, having delivered solutions for clients such as Wells Fargo, Boeing, AT&T, and American Airlines. He successfully launched IBM’s Financial Transaction Management system, which became a foundational solution for major global banks. Mr. Puthenveetil is a firm believer in customer-centric design, agile development methodology, and blue ocean strategy. He is also a member of various product management and engineering organizations. 

He holds an engineering degree from the National Institute of Technology in India. Manoj lives in Southern California.
