Robert (Bobby) W. Cain is Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for North America at Schneider Electric, leading digital technology and transformation across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. Since joining Schneider in 2014, he has held leadership roles spanning sales, business transformation, and IT, with a consistent focus on scaling the business, simplifying operations, and elevating the experience for customers, partners, and employees. He was recently named to Forbes’ list of Top 50 tech leaders transforming the role of the CIO. A retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel and Army Ranger, Bobby holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
