Danielle Potter is Vice President of Customer Operations at Raiven, where she leads customer success, onboarding, logistics, and service delivery. She brings nearly two decades of operational leadership across manufacturing, procurement, distribution, and logistics, with a proven ability to scale systems, processes, and teams to drive efficiency and improve the customer experience.
Before joining Raiven, Danielle held senior leadership positions at several renowned organizations, including Raytheon, Tesla, Linde (formerly Praxair), and GE Aviation. At Tesla, she notably served as Senior Manager of Logistics & Materials, overseeing complex warehouse, inventory, and transportation operations. Prior to Tesla, Danielle held key operations leadership roles at Praxair Surface Technologies and GE Aviation, advancing through a variety of management positions, including Manufacturing Operations Manager and Growth Playbook Leader. She was also a participant in GE’s prestigious Operations Management Leadership Program.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from Northeastern University. Danielle currently resides in New Hampshire and enjoys spending time with family and friends and enjoying the outdoors.
