MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with Raiven's business objectives and target audience.
- Brand Management: Oversee brand positioning and messaging to ensure consistency across all channels and materials.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and analyze multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and customer engagement.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling content that resonates with our audience and supports marketing initiatives.
- Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts, utilizing data to optimize strategies and achieve KPIs.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve marketing goals.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the technology or building trades industries.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Skills: Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies; strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in marketing software and tools.
